1. Scroll through the spreadsheet below. Decide which of the available items you can donate. Make a note of the 3-digit code for each item.

2. When you have decided, click below on the green button, "I'm ready to sign up!" A Google Form will appear. Fill in the form. (There is also the option to send a cheque instead of an item.) An email will be sent to confirm your choice(s) and to provide you with Denise's mailing and email addresses.

3. When you send your donation(s) to Denise, please send her an email with tracking info (if available) so that she can be on the lookout for the package.
