Rebekah Francisco Rojcewicz received her Montessori certification in 1974 in London and served as a primary Montessori directress for five years before discovering The Catechesis of the Good Shepherd. She has been a catechist and formation leader in the catechesis since completing a two-year course in 1981 in Rome with its founders, Dr. Sofia Cavalletti and Gianna Gobbi. She has translated several of their books and articles from Italian and has written and edited various parts of the CGS core texts.

She was the principal author and editor of Baptism is a Beginning (LTP, 1994, 2009) and updated The Good Shepherd and the Child: A Joyful Journey (LTP, 2013). Rebekah is a catechist at her parish, St. Patrick Catholic Church, and at the Missionaries of Charity atrium in Memphis, Tennessee. She serves on the Formation Committee of CGSUSA, as well as on the International Board of the Catechesis of the Good Shepherd.
